Model WM-6003-B is an industrial-grade double isolation lightning-proof interface converter, compatible with RS-232C\RS-485 standards, and can convert RS-232 interface signals into differential RS-485 signals.

Built-in photoelectric isolator, providing 3000Vrms isolation voltage; equipped with fast transient voltage suppression protector, which can effectively protect RS-232 and RS-485 interfaces in real time, while effectively suppressing lightning and ESD, providing 3000W per line The lightning surge protection power, as well as the surge voltage and transient overvoltage generated on the line due to various reasons, and the extremely small inter-electrode capacitance ensure the high-speed transmission of the RS-485 interface.
The RS-232 interface is connected to a compatible RS-232C standard interface through a DB9 female connector, and the RS-485 end is the output through a ten-position binding post.
The converter has a zero-delay automatic transceiver conversion circuit inside, and a unique I/O circuit automatically controls the direction of data flow without any handshake signals (such as RTS, DTR, etc.), and no jumper settings are required to achieve half-duplex (RS -485) mode conversion, plug and play. It is guaranteed to be suitable for all existing communication software and interface hardware, and does not require any software modifications to the previous RS-232-based working methods.
WM-6003-B industrial-grade photoelectric isolation interface converter can provide reliable connections for point-to-point and point-to-multipoint communications. When using point-to-multipoint connection, the RS485 end of each converter can allow the connection of 128 RS-485 interface devices (theoretical value). The data communication rate range is 300bps-115.2Kbps, with power indicator light and data flow indicator light.
Can indicate fault conditions. WM-60039-B adopts a unique fully isolated design, that is, the input/output/power ground wires are all isolated and there is no common ground wire. It is especially suitable for high-demand industrial electrical applications. It improves the anti-interference ability of equipment at both ends, avoids electromagnetic compatibility problems such as mutual interference between equipment, and ensures the reliability and stability of system operation.
